The FCA Executive Board consists of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and five directors. Board Members are elected at the Annual Meeting in December and hold office for a term of one year or until their successors are elected.

President: Rosiland Jordan
Rosiland has been an owner-resident of Fairlington Villages since 2004. When she's not covering the news for Al Jazeera English Television, she tries to improve her green thumb, knit, and write the Great American Novel. E-mail Rosiland.

Vice President: Bryan Pettigrew
Bryan has lived in Fairlington Villages since 2008, when he relocated from San Diego, CA. He is a career U.S. Navy officer, serving on the Chief of Naval Operations Staff at the Pentagon. He is originally from Orlando, Florida. E-mail Bryan. |

Treasurer: Ed Hilz
Ed, a Fairlington resident since 1975, has served on the FCA Board as vice president, treasurer, and director. He is the Fairlington-Shirlington Neighborhood Conservation Representative to the Arlington County Neighborhood Conservation Advisory Committee and serves on the Arlington County Neighborhood Traffic Calming Committee and the Urban Forestry Commission. Director: Kent Duffy
Kent, a resident of Fairlington Meadows since 2000, is an airport planner for the FAA. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing and DIY home improvement. Kent is a native of Pittsburgh and a dedicated Steelers fan—but also loves Caps hockey.

Director: Jacob Gelbaum
Jacob is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in International Relations. He moved to the NoVa area in 2002, straight into Fairlington. Since then, he has lived in one Fairlington community or another for all but 18 months. He and his wife, Tiff, purchased in Fairlington Villages and have lived there since November 2009. He is in the consulting business and has worked for Booz Allen Hamilton since 2002.

Director: Mark Jones
Mark lives in Fairlington Green. Originally from Pennsylvania, he served in the Armed Forces for over 20 years before settling in Fairlington in 2003.

Director: Guy Land
Guy lives in Fairlington Villages. For more than 15 years, he was the President of the Fairlington Villages Condo Association. Guy is an avid photographer.
